Policies
Cancellations:
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling, regardless of timing, may require a card on file or a deposit to rebook. Missed appointments may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.
We understand that true emergencies happen and will be handled with care at the management’s discretion.
Being Late for Appointments:
If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or offer you a reduced service, when possible, for the remaining time available.
Refunds:
All services are non-refundable, however, we will offer to fix any issues within 1 week of the original appointment at no extra cost.
