Cancellations:

  As a courtesy, please give a minimum 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.  If cancellations/no shows become a reoccurring problem, a deposit may be required to rebook at Glow Style Studio for any following appointments.

Being Late for Appointments:

  If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or offer you a reduced service, when possible, for the remaining time available.

Refunds:

  All services are non-refundable, however, we will offer to fix any issues within 1 week of the original appointment at no extra cost.
